Epic Games has announced that a full Achievements system will be added to the Epic Games Launcher next week. As announced on the Epic Games website, the Epic Achievements system will initially be integrated into Rocket League, Hades, Pillars of Eternity, Humankind, Zombie Army 4, and Defense Grid, with more games to follow. Like the PlayStation trophy system, epic achievements are ranked based on metals. The lowest level is bronze, and the next levels are silver and gold. Also, each level has an XP value. Bronze achievements can be worth between 5-45 XP, Silver 50-95 XP, and Gold 100-200 XP.
If you earn 1,000 XP for Achievements in a game, you’ll receive a Platinum Achievement, which is always worth a whopping 250 XP. When the system boots up, games that support Achievements will have a new Achievement details page on the Epic Games Launcher, accessible from the library tile. This page will display all the Achievements available in the game, as well as their respective progress. It will also highlight the Achievements you are about to unlock.
