Fortnite Week 5 Challenges — Every Season 5, Week 5 Fortnite challenge and how to solve them.

We’re halfway through Season 5 in Fortnite’s second Chapter and this week’s Epic Quests / Weekly Challenges are all about Gnomes.

You’re going to need to dig up Gnomes. Collect Gnomes. Bury Gnomes.

I’m not sure why, but just like last week was all about Tomatoes, this week is Gnome-themed.

You’ll also find an XP coin and search ammo crates and treasure chests. There’s also one timed Legendary Quest for the big XP.

You can follow the above links for individual guides and maps for each of the challenges. Fort Crumpet, where you’ll dig up, collect and bury some of these Gnomes is very hot right now. Be careful. It’s also a great location to wrack up some extra eliminations, assuming you can take the heat.

For IO Guards, bring friends. These are some of the toughest AI opponents in Fortnite so far, with significantly more shields than other henchmen. They deal out hefty damage as well, so it helps to have a team.

Other than that, these are pretty straightforward. The one missing challenge from the leaked list is the sand-based challenge which you can’t complete given sand-tunneling is temporarily nixed.
