CSGO DFS Value Picks
Value Pick No. 1: nython ($5,800 DraftKings, $9,900 FanDuel) – Projection: 58.9 (10.2x Value), 70.3 (7.1x Value)
Nython is coming out of one of the Brazilian squads, RED Canids, and he was in top form last time out vs Isurus with a whopping 69 kills to go along with only 54 deaths. But it’s not just the kills, Nython also had the highest rating 2.0 (1.21) on his entire team last match. Next step for me is to check what weapons he has been getting the majority of his kills with so I can understand his role and compare that to the enemy team’s weakness. And viola, I see he has 35.78% of his kills with the AWP which means he is the AWPer for RED Canids. What I do next is go over to his opponent today (IMP) and check out how they fared vs the opposing AWPer in their last match which was an 0-2 stomp at the hands of BOOM. I see that yel, the AWPer for BOOM, absolutely went off vs IMP with a KDA of 36/13/9. So I think it is safe to say that IMP has issues with opposing AWPers which is something we can take advantage of with Nython.
Value Pick No. 2: boltz ($6,200 DraftKings, $9,800 FanDuel) – Projection: 63.9 (10.3x Value), 71.8 (7.3x Value)
BOOM has been absolutely booming so far during the Road to Rio and boltz has been a large part of this team’s success. Not only has he averaged a whopping 0.75 kills per round with only 0.58 deaths per round but he’s also been dealing 81.0 damage per round which just shows how powerful he has been as of late. And the best part about playing someone from BOOM is that they are in the South America bracket which so far has looked really weak besides BOOM to be honest as the only challenge they have had so far was a 2-1 over RED Canids. But you want to know the best, best part? BOOM just played ISU on March 5th of this year and they dogged them 2-0 with a total round score of 35-21. And in that matchup, our good buddy boltz had himself the following KDA: 45/32/12. Combine the recent history, with the cheap price and the utter domination BOOM has been showing and you have yourself a nice little value play.
