Fortnite Zone Wars LTM challenges and rewards - FortniteINTEL

Epic Games have introduced a new set of Zone Wars challenges which are now live, meaning that players have turned their hand to the latest LTM.

Numerous challenge sets have been released throughout the course of Season 10, all geared towards Fortnite’s battle royale mode. Now, during the latest creative LTM, players have the ability to complete challenges while playing their favorite creative game mode: Zone Wars.

Zone Wars is a fast-paced, creative game mode that is designed to simulate an end-game scenario in the battle royale game mode. However, with randomized spawns and inventory items, players go head-to-head in a bid to beat both players and the rapid speed of the storm.

Zone Wars is played on four separate islands, each of which were created by the Fortnite Community. Each island comes with its own respective environment, which provides a variety of obstacles for players to face. Each map’ name and description can be found below:

Zone Wars: Colosseum by Jesgran.
Become the ultimate gladiator in a Colosseum-like island. This open-style island demands quick building.

Zone Wars: Desert by JotaPeGame.
Make your way through a small desert town to the final circle. A diverse set of weapons and mobility allow for unique gameplay and lots of replayability.

Zone Wars: Downhill River by Enigma.
Stay out of the storm as you move downhill through a river in this original-style Zone Wars island. Community launch pads and a consistent Storm path allow for familiarity after a few rounds.

Zone Wars: Vortex by Zeroyahero.
This island puts a unique twist on Zone Wars with its mountainous terrain to traverse. The elevation change from zone to zone can be quite drastic!

With four islands to do combat on, players can also take part in some special challenges to celebrate the LTM. Epic Games have added six in total, with XP and cosmetic items up for grabs.

Get eliminations in Zone Wars matches (x10)
Deal damage to opponents with Assault Rifles in Zone Wars (x1,000)
Deal damage to opponents with Shotguns in Zone Wars (x1,000)
Gain Health or Apply Shields in Zone Wars (x500)
Build structures in Zone Wars (x250)

Zone Wars rewards

Completing five matches will earn you a Zone Wars-themed spray, while getting 10 eliminations will get you a crest back bling. The final four challenges will pocket you 500 XP each, and should you complete all six challenges, a skateboard back-bling will be your reward.

Alongside the free LTM challenges, players have the opportunity to purchase the Zone Wars challenge bundle in the Item Shop for 1600 V-Bucks, which will secure you the Hot Zone and Danger Zone Outfits.

By purchasing the challenge bundle, you will also have access to the premium challenges which offer an unlockable back-bling, alongside style variants for both outfits.
