San Diego Loyal-based Octane decals are heading to the in-game Rocket League Shop today, as well as in-game kits designed by Charly Football. No agencies were involved in this partnership. Earlier in February, the SD Loyal put the Rocket League logo on the front of their kits as part of their partnership. Now, the partnership comes full circle.
The club will also wear the Rocket League special edition kits for their final home game of the United League Soccer season at Torero Stadium against New Mexico United on Sunday. The full bundle will be available for 500 credits until October 11.
Typically, Rocket League partnerships have come from the car side of the car-soccer hybrid game. Rocket League has multiple luxury car models in the game, including Ferrari and Aston Martin. A Psyonix representative declined to comment on any future plan for partnerships.
