Epic is finally teasing Fortnite Chapter 3 season 4 officially, no more leaks, just actual art. And now, two new images have joined the Paradigm one that was previously glimpsed, and shows off two new battle pass skins that we already knew were coming (again, thanks to leaks).

The image above is of Spider-Gwen, the Into the SpiderVerse version of Gwen Stacy that leaks indicated would be a battle pass skin for season 4, and now that appears to be coming true. The image below is what I believe is “Goth Meowscles,” though we don’t know the official name of that skin. It’s definitely a clawed paw, and what looks like his outfit there.

Obviously both of these are crawling out of a pool of chrome like the original Paradigm teaser, going with the past concept that this season, some sort of Terminator 2-like liquid chrome will be coating the map and consuming everything. What is it? Why is it happening? And why is this season called PARADISE when it’s being devoured by chrome? Those are all answers that we do not have yet.

In addition to Spider-Gwen being a battle pass skin (I’d guess either rank 1 or rank 100), we are supposed to be getting Miles Morales himself as a store skin later in the season. I’m not clear on if we will get a Brie Larson/Paradigm skin as maybe the secret skin of the season with a helmet off version like we did The Foundation, but I guess we’ll have to see.

Fortnite season 4’s start date is on September 18, 2022, so just a few more days away, which is why these teasers are starting to roll out rapidly. I keep checking my timeline as I write this so I can grab any other ones that go live, as I would kind of assume that maybe we’ll get the hands of each battle pass skin shown off through more teasers like this. So far, at this time of this writing, there are only these two joining Paradigm, but check back for more updates as I doubt these will be the last ones.

As for the season itself, I look forward to becoming Metal Mario or whatever is supposed to be happening with this chrome stuff. How much torment must the poor Fortnite map endure?
