Dignitas debuted their new roster on Saturday with Hoon starting in TOP and Spawn the starting ADC. Things did not go well. Hoon turned in a 0/6/1 performance on Gnar with Ssumday having his way with him. This game was stretched to 36-minutes but 100Thieves took care of them easily with a 13-2 kill edge and a near 10k gold lead. They held Dignitas to just two total towers. Dignitas was already one of the weakest teams this split but this roster change appears to have still some ways to go. CLG on Saturday turned in another great game putting up a 20 spot on Golden Guardians and defeating them in 37-minutes. The longer games has been a trend all year which is also a positive for DFS players. CLG is averaging 11.7 kills per game as a team, while Dignitas is just 7.4. That said, CLG is my favorite overall play on this slate, and their pricing can be mixed and matched with almost anybody. CLG still dies a lot at 13.1 per game, but Dignitas’ low slaying potential should even this out. 100T and EG open as -242 or great favorites, though both are costly. The Team Liquid and Cloud9 match should be our most competitive of the day and there is certainly pricing value on the Cloud9 guys, especially Berserker.
