DraftKings League of Legends Esports DFS Rundown (LCK/LPL) – July 27, 2022 – FantasyCruncher.com DFS Articles & Insights – fantasycruncher.com

KT Rolster (KT) vs. T1 Esports (T1) (4:00 AM EST) (-525 T1)

Slaying is on the higher end for both of these teams (T1- 1.23 team overall K/D, 1.12- KT) which may result in the jungle main Oner of T1 having a crucial role objectively with a 54.6% edge over KT’s 50.4% in jungle rate. However, Oner is on the higher end ownership wise so he should be considered as a cash option mostly. Faker would be the next viable option that is projected to be the lowest owned player of the T1 players and second most efficient with a 4.1 KDA. On the other hand, Aiming should be looked at as a one-off especially with a drastic price drop while dealing the most damage of both teams in bot-lane.

LGD (LGD) vs. Team WE (4:45 AM EST) (-114 LGD)

Two teams at the bottom of the standings will clash here but LGD should edge out a victory due to the objective edge (45% dragon control rate to WE’s 40%). View may be end up being the only player worth considering from WE with a chance to make the objective easier for his team (highest vspm- 10) in jungle lane. Unfortunately, the damage dealing from LGD may be too much to counter with Assum leading the way at 31.1% in bot-lane who may get overlooked after a recent underperformance with mid-range projected ownership.

DWG Kia (DK) vs. Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) (7:00 AM EST) (-1400 DK)

One of the more one-sided matchups will go underway here with DK more than likely to take advantage of their mid-lane edge (15.8 rate) versus HLE’s -12.5. ShowMaker could potentially dominate here for DK due to being their most efficient slayer and in mid-lane, but at a high price and ownership. However, he is still doesn’t have the highest projected ownership of his teammates so he still may be worth having high shares of in your lineups. For those looking for an alternative option but with higher ownership deokdam also could be considered due to having the highest damage rate. Unfortunately, for HLE no one slays more efficiently on the team so this matchup will be difficult for them to counter.

Anyone’s Legend (AL) vs. Oh My God (OMG) (7:00 AM EST) (-115 AL)

The baron rate gap has gone in AL’s favor as of late (64% to OMG’s 44%) which adds boosted abilities/damage to AL’s objective advantage they have already (40.7% first tower rate to OMG’s 36.4%). Xiaohao and Forge and the two players of AL that’s ahead of all players by a decent margin with 4.5/4.8 KDAs. Despite the price increase Forge is likely to exceed his value (with projected ownership towards the lower end for his role) after performing well in a loss last game. The kill-participation is also on the higher end for Forge (2nd) on his team which makes him even more likely to give OMG problems. AL should prevail here in dominant fashion with baron, jungle, and dragon control rate likely to go their way.
