When the updates are added to the staging servers that means that the update is released the following Tuesday, something that was confirmed by another reliable Fortnite source in @iFireMonkey who suggests that the update will release Tuesday 21st June 2022. The expected launch time for the patch is 1 am PST / 4 am EST / 9 am BST. These updates are usually accompanied by a 2-4 hour period of server downtime while any changes are implemented.
What Can We Expect in Update 21.10?
As of writing, the only official confirmation we’ve had about the content set to arrive with the 21.10 Update came from the official Fortnite Status Twitter account when discussing the buffs to XP gain made by Epic towards the start of the season. 21.10 is expected to see the arrival of new quests and events to give players more ways to earn XP while they play.

Outside of that, there have been very few hints as to what can change. Some changes that have already begun to happen are to the map, with the potential for a larger change to arrive with the Fortnite 21.10 update.
The introduction of the Grapple Gloves added new outposts scattered across the map and Fortnite Twitter accounts like @FN_Assist are reporting changes to Logjam Lumberyard due to the nearby Reality Tree location. Perhaps a more dramatic change will occur with the new update.
