Young Ninjas (YN) v.s. 00Nation (00N) (8:00 AM EST)
To start the slate both teams will be coming off losing streaks (YN– 2 games, 00N– 1 game) and the rankings are very close with YN entering at 70th while 00N is 68th. Vsm has a chance to perform well once again here for 00N coming off a +5 kill-death differential game and leading both teams in damage per round at 81.3. Also, the slaying may become more of a struggle for YN due to the fact they only have one player in LNZ above a 1 kill-death ratio right now. Four out the five players for 00N are at or above this range would should allow them to be more efficient as a unit. Also, try is the most efficient with a 1.14 K/D for 00N as his team’s main sniper which should allow kills to be easier for his teammates. That being said 00N should win here.
Finest (FINE) v.s. ENDPOINT (ENPT) (11:00 AM EST)
ENPT have crept up the ranks and are currently at 24th and should have a one-sided match in their favor here against a FINE squad that is ranked 59th. However, one of the strongest slayers for ENPT in BOROS has slightly regressed and is currently at 80.3 damage per round which is surprisingly lower for what he usually deals. This would put more pressure on Nertz who is the closest to that damage range for ENPT to perform well. On the other hand, FINE has had two players as of late dealing north of 80+ damage in anarkez and PlesseN that can potentially give FINE a chance at an upset here. PlesseN would be the more likely to contribute for FINE due to him leading the way in damage at 83.5 per round and an assist rate on the higher end at 0.17 per round. Regardless, if FINE is somehow able to slow down BOROS they should have a good chance here since ENPT hasn’t had a player dominate a series like BOROS has as of late.
SKADE (SKA) v.s. MAD Lions (MAD) (2:00 PM EST)
MAD enter this match with the highest win-streak on the slate at three games in a row and get a rematch against a SKA squad that swept them the last time they met 2-0. Unfortunately, for MAD they’ll have to worry about Rainwaker possibly causing them problems once again since he had a +15 kill-death differential in the last meeting these teams had and is currently the most efficient for SKA with a 1.18 K/D. On the other hand, jL has a chance to be a top slayer for MAD once again and may be even better than the previous matchup with a 1.43 K/D now and 82.6 damage per round. MICHU was also not on MAD the last time these teams played and is dealing a high amount of damage as well (85.4- highest of both teams) so, this could play a factor in MAD finally getting their revenge. Either way, this match could potentially go down to the wire and can go either way.
