DraftKings CS:GO Esports DFS Rundown (ESL Pro) – March 16, 2022 – FantasyCruncher.com DFS Articles & Insights – fantasycruncher.com

Team Vitality (VIT) v.s. Team SPROUT (SPT) (7:30 AM EST)

A highly ranked team that have been regressing slightly in VIT will start the slate off facing a SPT team looking to extend their two-game winning streak. SPT’s most efficient player in slaxz- (1.41 K/D) will be their best chance of giving their team a chance, but he’ll be in a duel with an arguably top two sniper in the game in ZywOo. Luckily, slaxz- will be catching ZywOo coming off a tournament not performing at his best. However, VIT has potential to make extending the streak difficult for SPT since they have two players dealing above 80 damage per round (apex/dupreeh). Dupreeh has been the more reliable of the two with an 83.1 damage per round rate for VIT, but he’ll need his teammates to follow through. In other words, if ZywOo is able to rebound and contain slaxz- there should be no surprise if VIT is able to end SPT’s winning streak.

FaZe Clan (FAZE) v.s. Team ENCE (ENCE) (11:00 AM EST) (-345 FAZE)

FAZE will be debuting this season coming off a strong tournament win where they had to adjust their lineup multiple teams against an ENCE team coming off a one-game losing streak. Fortunately, for FAZE they defeated ENCE the last times these teams met. The fact that karrigan (who was the most efficient slayer) in the previous matchup has been the lowest damage dealer for his team can be trouble for ENCE. The only player with a positive kill-death differential and leader in kills for his team in Spinx is currently dealing the most damage for ENCE, but that wasn’t enough for his team to prevail. Therefore, since FAZE has an arguably upgraded lineup going into this matchup, they should be able to dominate ENCE here.

Outsiders (OUT) v.s. FURIA Esports (FURIA) (2:30 PM EST) (-185 OUT)

OUT, formerly known as Virtus.Pro will be trying to rebound from a two-game losing streak against a FURIA squad trying to rebound from the same losing streak as well. OUT also was able to sweep FURIA in their previous matchup 2-0. YEKINDAR and Qikert dominated in that series with +11 and +22 kill-death differentials but have been the least two efficient players for their team as of late which could be the opening FURIA needs. KSCERATO’s performance for FURIA will be crucial for his team due to him being the most efficient with a 1.25 KDA and dealing the most damage at 87.2 per round. No one on OUT has dealt that much damage as of late, but the most efficient has been Jame. Jame’s damage has been minimal though, so he may not make an impact right away, but as a sniper if he’s able to get it going this could help YEKINDAR/qikert possibly get close to their performance from the previous faceoff. Regardless, this match should go back and forth and FURIA has the edge they need here to get their revenge.
