The Allay is now available to interact with in Minecraft ahead of the Wild update launch, but only for those willing to download the new beta build.
As many fans of the block-survival title will already know, developers Mojang does a lot of testing before launching a new patch. And with The Wild scheduled to be the next major update, there is a lot of new content that needs to be put through its paces.
Luckily for the Minecraft development team, the game’s community are always around to lend a helping hand.
And that’s why some players are starting to interact with the Allay before its official Minecraft Wild update launch.

Is The Allay In Minecraft Now?
Mojang has confirmed that The Allay Mob is now available to interact with in Minecraft, but only in specific versions of the game. So if you want to test out the latest features, such as the new Mob, you will need to download a special beta version of the game. This means accessing the Bedrock Edition beta program or the new Minecraft Preview.
Minecraft Preview is available on Xbox, Windows 10/11, and iOS devices, and is different from the Bedrock Beta programme in one significant way. MP is a separate app/game that you can play without impacting your standard Bedrock experience, and it will let you test out the latest and greatest features. For everyone who is not prepared to test out the Allay, you will need to wait a little longer until The Wild Update is ready for launch. Mojang has not shared a final release date, but the next version of Minecraft is expected to launch in 2022. Many of the game’s larger expansions have been delayed in the past, meaning there is no guarantee that it will be ready by Summer.
