Below you will find my cheat sheet for July 13th’s Tennis slate. There are some massive misprices here, as DraftKings released salaries prior to some betting lines being released and completely whiffed on them. Those are:
Jason Jung ($9,400) vs. Brayden Schnur ($5,900) – Schnur’s betting line opened as him being a -125 favorite here.
Jack Sock ($9,300) vs. Alex Bolt ($5,700) – Bolt opened as a -150 favorite.
Tasutaka Uchiyama ($8,900) vs. Sebastian Ofner ($6,200) – Ofner opens as a -235 favorite.
So here alone we have three guys priced $6,200 or lower and all opened as the favorites in their match. Ofner is the biggest misprice I have seen for a while, as he is priced around $3,000 too low. Peter Gojowczyk is just $7,100 against Mitchell Krueger, though Gojo is a -180 favorite. There are so many ways to go for value on this slate that it is pretty tough to list the core plays, as the misprices are going to be the core for us here. Jung/Sock/Uchiyama are in the do not use range, though I guess since no one will be on them it will make for extreme ownership value. We can expect a pretty chalky slate with Schnur/Bolt/Ofner/Gojowczyk grabbing a lot of exposure – and rightfully so.
