Rocket League Season 3 is revving up to be the best season yet in Rocket League’s free-to-play era.

Below, we have everything you need to know about what’s in store.

Release Date

If we look at Season 2’s timeline, we get a pretty good gauge of when we should expect Rocket League Season 3 to begin.

As it stands, Rocket League Season 2 is scheduled to end on April 7th.

This means, without any unannounced delays, we could see Rocket League Season 3 start on April 8th. alternatively, it could begin a week later on April 15th.

CROSSOVER – The Fortnite-based event is returning to Rocket League

This is unconfirmed, but we will find out pretty soon when it is starting.

Season 3 Trailer

We don’t have a trailer for Rocket League Season 3 just yet but we do know when it will be dropping!

Fortnite is hosting Kaskade over the weekend, who will be performing his new EP in the latest Party Royale concert on Epic Games’ Battle Royale.

After his show, Rocket League Season 3 will receive a first-look Official Trailer.

This means the earliest we’ll get a Rocket League Season 3 trailer is March 26th after 20:00 ET / 00:00 GMT.

Rocket Pass & Rewards

As with any Rocket League season, we’re expecting Rocket League Season 3 to have another 100 Tiers of rewards for Rocket Pass subscribers.

We don’t know exactly what is coming with the Season 3 Rocket Pass just yet but expect a series of new cosmetics and XP bonuses topped off by a new Car at Tier 100.

The Rocket Pass, like many other “battle pass” features in games, comes with a set of free rewards alongside the paid “Pro Rewards”.

Rocket League’s Rocket Pass costs 1000 Credits and we’re confident this will be the same in Rocket League Season 3.

Arena Changes

As it stands, there hasn’t been any word on any changes coming to the ranked Arena in Rocket League Season 3.

With each tier of the rankings, there are multiple divisions that dictate whether you’re on the way up (in Division IV) or on the way down (in Division I).
