2 months ago my pc started crashing the moment i entered a game like rocket league or borderlands 3 i managed to fix that problem using help from the internet but recently the bsod came back without me downloading any new software or something that could cause this.
when my pc crashes it restarts instantly and shows this messages in reliability history:

but sometimes when it crashed the pc just shows a black screen and the fans become super fast and loud and only restarts if i turn it off and on from the button
i tried updating drivers and rolling them back, i checked for overheating and the temps are normal and i checked for viruses or system corruptions but nothing seems to work.
