Captain options

Julz ($16,500)

By his standards, Julz had just about a par start to his Spring Series campaign. Despite having scored seven goals on 24 shots with 11 saves, it seems like he hasn’t quite hit his stride because of the benchmark he has already set. Considering his prowess over a period that has spanned over 400 games, he would be my first pick on the team sheet.

Siki ($16,200)

During this Spring Series, Siki has already scored the most goals with nine. His conversion rate was a bit low because he needed 31 shots. However, shots are also rewarded in fantasy Rocket League, so it’s not necessarily a negative point. He has even registered 10 saves along with five assists across eight games.

Express ($15,000)

In 572 pro Rocket League games, Express has maintained reliable consistency across the board. He won’t lead too many charts, offensively or defensively. But his fantasy production will always be high because he contributes from several avenues. For example, he has career averages of 0.70 goals, 0.65 assists, 1.45 saves and 2.48 shots per game.

High-priced flex options

Torsos ($10,200)

Torsos is one of the most experienced players in this Spring Series, having played over 643 games so far in his career. His offensive effectiveness in front of goal has been his key performance indicator. He has managed 0.77 goals and 0.61 assists, contributing to a high percentage of his team’s goals. All this over just 2.64 shots per game.

Ssteve ($10,600)

Ssteve’s goal conversion rate was the highlight of his opening few games in the Oceania Spring Series. In just 15 shots, he has accumulated six goals thus far in seven games. To add to that, he even had 13 saves, an indicator of his defensive proficiency. He has been averaging 1.35 saves per game along with 0.77 goals over his career.

Others to consider: KennySalmon ($9,800).

Value flex options

CJCJ ($9,200)

CJCJ takes a lot of shots, averaging 3.11 shots a game in a career that has spanned 447 games. He converts under a quarter of those shots into goals. However, that still translates into a lot of goals at 0.83 per game. After an underwhelming start to the Oceania Spring Series, CJCJ’s price has come down to $9,200, making him an easy value target.

Others to consider: Decka ($9,000)
