The incredible current season of Fortnite is to be extended, as Epic Games have pushed Chapter 2 Season 3 back until June.

The new season was set to release on 30 April, but this latest delay follows a recent trend and was commonplace last season.

With everyone working from home thanks to COVID-19 it isn’t surprising to see a delay, there is eve uncertainty surrounding the Fortnite World Cup.

Chapter 2 Season 3 will bring a brand new battle pass to Fortnite players.

Chapter 2 Season 3 Battle Pass cost

Season 2 battle pass — SWING ON IN – Will you opt for the bundle or standard edition?

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3, or Season 13, will have a Battle Pass which we can expect to be 950 Vbucks. That equals out to around $10, and players will more than likely be able to opt into the Battel Pass Bundle.

The latter will cost 2800 Vbucks and will start you at 25 tier of the Battle Pass! This will also unlock the third skin for the Battle Pass, so it not a bad option to go for.

With the effects of the global pandemic impacting multiple industries across the world, it’s safe to say that Epic Games have not gone unaffected.
