New cosmetics are usually added in the updates that require some downtime in Fortnite and in the v11.50 update, there were quite a few cosmetics that were leaked by data-miners. The cosmetics that were leaked include Skins, Back Blings, Pickaxes, Emotes/Dances and Wraps.
There is no way of knowing exactly when these cosmetics will be released, but the majority of these should be available in the Fortnite Item Shop in the upcoming weeks as they are Valentines related.
